Join us at the 2nd Annual POWER Teaching Conference, a day of inspiration, collaboration, and actionable strategies that will empower you to make a lasting impact on your students’ educational journeys. This event, part of the Title III POWER Project—a NASNTI partnership between San Juan College and Fort Lewis College—aims to:

  • Build community among SJC & Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ¸ßÇåÎÞשÂëÇøteaching colleagues.
  • Share impactful curricular design strategies focusing on Indigenous student support.
  • Promote inclusive pedagogical approaches that foster belonging for all students.

Conference agenda

The 2025 conference agenda is currently being finalized. Last year's conference included:

  • A nationally recognized keynote speaker
  • Morning and afternoon concurrent sessions with almost 20 presenters from SJC and FLC
  • Breakfast and lunch with time for networking with colleagues
